Financial options

Clear costs, honest options

Good dentistry deserves clear pricing. You will always know your expected costs before treatment begins, and our financial coordinator will help you find the arrangement that fits.

Payment options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office before treatment begins, so nothing about your bill is ever a surprise.

In-office dental membership plan

If you do not have dental insurance, you can join our in-office membership plan instead. One annual fee paid to our office covers your cleanings, exams, x-rays and fluoride for the year, with member pricing on any other treatment you need here. It is not insurance, there is no third party, and there are no claims to file. Plans start at $450 a year.

Patient financing through Cherry

Cherry is a patient financing option for larger treatment plans, available upon approval. Checking whether you qualify uses a soft credit check, so it does not affect your credit score, and you can do it before you commit to anything. Cherry is a financing platform rather than a bank, and loans arranged through it are made by its partner lender.

Our financial coordinator, Joanne, has helped patients navigate financing since the 1990s and will walk you through the options without pressure.

Cherry's own estimator is below. Enter a treatment amount and it will show you the plans Cherry currently offers, along with their terms and eligibility details.

CareCredit financing

Financing is also available through CareCredit upon credit approval. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that lets you spread treatment costs into monthly payments, with promotional terms on qualifying plans. Joanne can walk you through the application for this one too and help you compare it against Cherry.

Pre-treatment estimates

For any significant treatment plan, we will prepare a written estimate and, if you have dental benefits, gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so you know what your benefits will cover before you commit. It is your smile and your budget; you deserve the full picture up front.
